ERP & IT Systems Specialist

We are looking for an experienced ERP & IT Systems Specialist to support and improve our business systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both IT systems and business operations and can help make our processes more organized, efficient, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support our ERP system, database, workflows, and user access
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business data
- Improve ERP workflows and help streamline business processes
- Maintain data accuracy and system organization
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve problems as they arise
- Work with sales, operations, accounting, and management to understand system needs
- Support ERP implementation, system upgrades, integrations, and improvements
- Provide general IT and system support as needed
- Document system processes, procedures, and changes
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience working with ERP or business systems
- Experience with database management, reporting, workflows, and system administration
- Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of business processes and how systems support daily operations
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
